Don Ayers developed strengths as a presenter, trainer, and performer in his twenty-nine years of teaching, performing, and exploring the fields of interactive theater and communications. He is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and he’s also a Master-Level Improvisational Performer/Instructor. Don teaches adult education communications skills classes that utilize Improvisational Theatre Games and NLP strategies focusing on the power of permission. Along with performing and teaching internationally, Don directed the telemarketing efforts for John Bradshaw Events and co-produced an Anthony Robbins Fear into Power firewalk seminar.
Trish Cooney relies upon her extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development to provide clients with strategic consulting on leadership development programs and leadership training. Trish’s background includes teaching in a special education environment, project management of optical technology systems, and human resource leadership for information technology organizations. Elaine Dumler has given more than 1,400 training sessions on business presentations for companies around the world. She was a columnist in an international newsletter, and has been featured on radio, television and in twenty-three national magazines. In 2003 she wrote a book for military families, I’m Already Home, and in 2006 wrote, I’m Already Home … Again. In 2009, she released a third book for the military, The Road Home. During the past seven years, she has been asked by the Department of Defense to speak more than ninety times at pre-deployment briefings and family conferences.
Alice Ehr brings with her all the enthusiasm and joy she experiences from teaching in the classroom and injects that spark into her current experiences. After 14 years of excellence in individualized language education at university and corporate levels, today Alice enjoys her career as Language Access Coordinator for Denver County Court where she also offers workshops on effective communication in the workplace. Pamela Gordon, MEd, is a nationally acclaimed educator, author, and sought-after professional speaker in the area of how adults learn. His last four years with IBM were spent at IBM’s U. S. Education Headquarters in New York. There, he trained, coached, and facilitated sales, manufacturing, and management groups. John Marx, CPP, CHM, has a diverse communications background. For the past fifteen years, he’s owned a customer service research and consulting firm; prior to that, he was a police officer, with more than nineteen years experience as a SWAT Team Hostage Negotiator. During his police career, John also served as a news media liaison and spokesman. He has spoken to audiences of up to 9, 000 people and knows how to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
