Tom Dearth, Principal, Spotlight Communications, has been speaking, teaching and consulting in the business environment since 1969.   

He loves what he does!  To Tom, nothing can beat the “ah ha look” that comes over the face of one of his audience members when they have personal discoveries.  “Those moments are rich experiences for everyone.” 

He helps people become more effective in their communications thorough the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is an NLP Certified Master Practitioner.   

Tom served on the board of directors of the National Speakers Association’s Colorado Chapter where he was voted the 2000-2001 “Member of the Year.”  His energetic and engaging style has earned him awards in four levels of competition from Toastmasters International as well as accolades from his numerous repeat customers.
