The major issue facing professionals in the business environment today is the breakdown of communications.  However, when individual contributors begin to practice effective listening, feedback, and questioning techniques, the doors of communication can be opened.  This one-day program combines these important skills with those of establishing and maintaining rapport.  This blend of topics is an effective way to create effective influential communications.

Business Professionals who need a close working relationship with their business partners.  The participants will practice and learn specific skills in rapport, active listening, feedback, questioning, and creating a collaborative working environment. (Maximum – 20-24 participants)
