Logical Level Structure

This model specifically addresses how and why people are unique in their work strategies, skills, and most importantly, their beliefs.  Every individual perceives his or her environment differently from everyone else.  This module does not discuss the intricacies of any specific “personality type” profiles; however, the model does demonstrate how these strategies affect all other aspects of the human behavior.  Participants learn to understand individual differences and therefore, how to work more effectively with one another.
