When our clients
define their desired outcomes, they describe what they want. This
may not be what they actually need. This program is designed to
assist the “Internal Consultant” in systematically gathering accurate
requirements, at the beginning of a project. Its seven-step process is
designed to assist the clients to become aware of their real needs
vs. their perceived wants.
